Once your NFT is acquired, you will receive your BOT which will transmit to the KUBE and we will proceed to the usage verification via your attached file (unlockable content) which is provided to you. A QRcode will be generated following your acquisition.
Steps to manufacture a BK-BOT
1/ We first look for quality woods that meet the needs of the BOT body. We list the names of the woods and verify that they are from a respectful cut in accordance with the legislation of the visited country.
2/ We use wood from the construction directly in the workshops or sawmill of the region we visit.
3/ Then we go to the first phase which is the main cut of the body of the BOT in blade of 3.5 cm by 2 cm. Depending on the wood, we have to adapt the cut which can be complex because some woods are extremely hard.
4/ The wood being in its raw state following the sawing, we sand it to begin to apprehend the finish and the texture. From this moment we can start to prepare the design of the BOT.
5/ Sanding the wood with 120, 250, 320, 600 before applying the first coat of diluted varnish.
6/Sanding of the parts to be painted and installation of the protective covers for acrylic painting (2 coats minimum)
7/Deadline of drying 24 hours before intervention
8/We position the accessories on the BOT by inlaying, drilling, epoxy gluing, wood glue, etc …)
9/ Drying time 24 hours before intervention
10/ Sanding of the details with 600 around the inlays and we put the second coat of varnish
11/ Drying time 24 hours before intervention
12/ Sanding with 1000 and placing the last layer of varnish diluted by achieved the gloss and fineness to the touch.
13/ Drying time 24 hours in the heating room
14/ Verification of the BOT as a whole before realization photo shooting.
15/ Search for the place to take pictures of the BOT.
16/ Once the photos are taken, we proceed to the vectorization and the creation of the unlockable content code by marker included in the vectorized image.
17/ Mintage of the BOT on the NFT platforms and storage of the BOT elements in its file.
The average manufacturing time of a BOT is 4 days including the minting. The raw material represents about 28% of the BOT. There is 2.5% returned to the mintage and about 20% for sending the BOT in the world. The identity card of the BOT represents 12% including the QR code.
